Engagement
[A]nchor Engages. [C]ompass Optimizes.
Every client relationship follows the ANCHOR engagement model. Four stages that move from foundation to sustained strategic counsel. No engagement begins without a Discovery conversation.
Framework deployment, asset register build, initial CODEX scoring, regulatory mapping. The client's governance architecture is established — controls mapped, evidence pipelines configured, scoring baselines set.
→ Deployed framework + ATLAS register + CODEX baseline scores
Ongoing governance operations. Evidence generation cycles, regulatory change tracking, audit preparation, board reporting. The firm operates alongside the client's governance team.
→ Continuous compliance monitoring + annual audit readiness
Additional frameworks and industry verticals layered onto the existing architecture. A client that started with ENT_AIGF adds PWR_AIGF when they deploy AI in BES environments. The architecture expands without rebuilding.
→ Additional framework deployments on existing infrastructure
COMPASS optimization. 12-criterion scoring drives quarterly reshape recommendations across the full asset portfolio. Board advisory, regulatory interpretation, maturity trajectory management.
→ COMPASS scoring + 5-year maturity trajectory + board advisory
COMPASS — Stage 4 Optimization
COMPASS is the specialization within Stage 4. It takes the 12-criterion CODEX scores and applies three constraint levels (Mandatory, Conditional, Discretionary) to generate five possible actions for every asset in the portfolio.
Quarterly reshape. 5-year maturity trajectory. The audit committee, the CFO, and the CISO all see the same scoring run — one source of truth, three audiences.
